The Anti-Discrimination Board of NSW
The Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW) makes many types of discrimination against the law. The Anti-Discrimination Board of NSW is responsible for administering NSW discrimination law.
The Anti-Discrimination Board:
- deals with complaints of discrimination
- tries to prevent discrimination happening through education and training and
- reports to government if they think the law needs changing.
